Emergency welding call-out in Hull

Priority call-out for account customers across Hull and the East Riding.

01 · Overview

A direct line for account customers when a failure is stopping work.

A breakdown on a production line, a yard or a farm stops work. Account customers call us directly, we send a welder, and the rig works without site power in most weathers.

The service is account-only so that nothing has to be agreed during the emergency. Rates, sites and authorised callers are recorded when the account opens. When you call, we only need the site and what has failed. If you do not have an account you can still call, and we fit you in on our normal mobile welding terms.

Emergency call-out questions

Not covered here? Call or WhatsApp and ask.

Why is the call-out service for account customers only?

Because when something has failed there is no time to take details, find the site and agree a rate. With an account we already know who you are, where your sites are and what has been agreed, so we can go straight away.

How do I open an account?

Call 01482 530020 or email info@fesk.uk. We take your company details, site addresses, authorised callers and invoicing preferences, and agree the call-out charge and hourly rate. There is no fee and no minimum spend.

Do you attend out of hours?

Working hours are standard. Out-of-hours cover is agreed per account, depending on your site and what you run. If you need evening or weekend cover, say so when the account opens.

What does a call-out cost?

A call-out charge plus an hourly rate, both set when the account opens, plus materials used. Nothing is charged that was not agreed at the start.

I am not an account customer and something has broken. Can you still help?

Yes, call us. We will fit you in as soon as we can on the normal mobile welding terms, with the price agreed before we attend. You can open an account for next time.

Will it be fixed properly on the first visit?

Often, yes. Where a permanent repair needs a part fabricated or machined, we make it safe and running first, then quote the permanent fix.
