Milled and turned parts, made to your design or ours.
Milling and turning in steel, stainless, aluminium, titanium, brass and engineering plastics. One-offs, batches, and machined features on welded assemblies so the frame comes back with its bores and faces true.
Parts are machined by partner machine shops to our drawings. We specify the critical dimensions, inspect to them, and give you a dimensional report if you need one. Welding, assembly and finishing happen in our workshop.
The work we machine.
Milled parts
Housings, plates, manifolds, brackets and fixtures, from a drilled plate to multi-face work with tight positional tolerances.
Hull · UK-wideTurned parts
Shafts, pins, bushes, flanges, spacers and threaded components, including hardened and ground features where specified.
Hull · UK-wideMachined fabrications
Welded frames and assemblies machined after welding so bores, faces and mounting pads come out flat and true.
Hull · UK-wideReplacement parts
Made from your drawing, a worn sample, or a 3D scan when no drawing exists.
Hull · UK-wideEngineering plastics
Nylon, acetal, PTFE and polycarbonate machined for wear pads, guides, bushes and insulators.
Hull · UK-wideBatches
Repeat parts machined to the same programme, with a dimensional report on the first-off and sampled checks through the run.
Hull · UK-wideMaterials, tolerance and finish
| Materials | Mild and alloy steel, stainless, aluminium, titanium, brass, bronze, engineering plastics |
|---|---|
| Tolerance | ISO 2768-f as standard or to drawing; tighter on critical features, stated and inspected |
| Finish | As machined, bead blast, anodise, zinc plate, paint, powder coat |
| Threads | Tapped, thread-milled, single-point turned; helical inserts fitted |
| Documentation | Certificate of conformity, dimensional report and material certificates on request |
Every part is checked against the drawing before it leaves us.
A dimensional report is supplied on request, with material certificates and a certificate of conformity.

CNC machining questions
Not covered here? Call or WhatsApp and ask.
What tolerance can you hold?
ISO 2768-f as standard, and tighter on the features you specify. Tell us which dimensions matter and they are machined and inspected to that figure.
Do you supply one-off machined parts?
Yes. Set-up cost is spread over the quantity, so a batch costs less per part than a one-off.
Machining or 3D printing?
Machining for simple shapes, large parts, tight tolerances and batches. Printing for internal channels, lattices and shapes that would need tooling. Send the model and we will say which, or combine the two.
Can you machine a welded fabrication?
Yes. Weld first, stress relieve if the drawing calls for it, then machine the critical faces and bores true. We do the welding and the final check.
What lead time should I expect?
Days for simple parts, one to two weeks for batches or complex work. We give a date with the quote and tell you early if it moves.
Can you supply material certificates?
Yes. Material certificates, a certificate of conformity and a dimensional report are available on request. Say so when you enquire so the paperwork follows the part.
