Steel fabrication questions

Not covered here? Call or WhatsApp and ask.

Can you work from a sketch or a photo?

Yes. Most jobs start that way. We draw it up in CAD and send the drawing for approval before cutting any material.

Which file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, Parasolid, SolidWorks, DXF, DWG and PDF. For simple parts a photo with dimensions is enough.

What is the lead time?

Simple parts in days, assemblies in one to three weeks, installed structures to an agreed programme. The quote includes a date.

Do you install what you make?

Yes. Our own team installs the work, with method statements where the site needs them.

Galvanised or powder coated?

Galvanise anything outdoors or in contact with the ground. Powder coat for colour or a smoother finish, or do both. We advise per job.

Do you make single parts?

Yes. Many jobs are a single frame or bracket.
