Permanent marks on metal, from one-off parts to boxed batches.
Laser marking, etching and deep engraving on stainless, aluminium, steel and anodised parts. Logos, text, part numbers, serials and plaques, marked straight from your artwork.
Every job starts with a proof and a test mark on an offcut or hidden face, so you see the depth and contrast before the batch is run. Marked parts can come on their own or with the fabrication, machining and finishing around them.
The work we mark.
Plaques and nameplates
Brushed stainless plaques with logos, contact details and fixing holes, supplied in batches ready to fit.
Hull · UK-wideLogos on finished parts
Brand marks on machined, turned and fabricated parts, placed where they will be seen.
Hull · UK-widePart numbers and serials
Part numbers, serials, thread sizes and batch codes marked permanently for traceability.
Hull · UK-wideDeep engraving
Engraving cut into the metal in several passes, for marks that survive wear, blasting and refinishing.
Hull · UK-wideStainless annealing
A dark, smooth mark made by heating the surface rather than removing it, so the stainless keeps its finish.
Hull · UK-wideWheels and trim
Logos and detail on wheels, caps and trim, marked before or after the finish goes on.
Hull · UK-wide3D printed jigs
Odd-shaped or curved parts are held in a 3D printed jig made for the job, so they load quickly, mark in the same place every time and keep the cost per part down.

Laser marking & engraving questions
Not covered here? Call or WhatsApp and ask.
What is the difference between marking, etching and engraving?
Marking changes the colour of the surface with little or no depth. Etching removes a thin layer for a crisp, slightly recessed mark. Deep engraving cuts well into the metal and survives wear and refinishing.
What is stainless annealing?
The laser heats the stainless so it darkens without material being removed. The surface stays smooth, which suits food, marine and outdoor parts where a recess would hold dirt.
Can you mark parts we supply?
Yes. Send or drop off your parts and we mark them. Tell us the material and finish so we can test on an offcut or a hidden face first.
Can you make the plaques as well?
Yes. Stainless plaques can be supplied cut to size with rounded corners and fixing holes, then marked with your artwork.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files mark cleanest: DXF, SVG, AI, EPS or PDF. If you only have a picture of the logo, we can redraw it and include that in the price.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One-offs are welcome, and batches cost less per part because the set-up is shared.
